Mrs. Sikes is a recipient of Mobile Meals delivery in Smallville. Martha, Clark and Tyler pay her and her dog Pepper a visit on Tyler's first day. She is in pain and apparently terminally ill, and remarks: "Never get old and sick." She tells Tyler she likes roses and he promises to bring her some.

On his return visit, he turns her to ash with a touch to put her out of her misery.
